How do I know if my entry has been accepted?
You will receive an email confirmation slip upon successful registration.
Do I get a refund if I choose not to participate after registration?
Can I make changes to my personal particulars after registration?
Yes. You can make changes to your particulars by sending an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I transfer my race registration if I wish to withdraw from the race?
No. All race registrations are strictly non-transferable.
Is GST included in the registration fee?
Yes. All fees are inclusive of GST rates.
Which is the official charity for the race?
Make-A-Wish Foundation Singapore. Full proceeds of the registration fees collected will be donated to the cause.
When is the PCCW Global Charity Run 2017?
The PCCW Global Charity Run 2017 will be held on Wednesday, May 24, 2017, at 7am.
Where will the race be held?
The race will start at Gardens By The Bay (Silver Leaf).
How many Race Categories are there?

Can I still collect my race pack after the race?
No. All uncollected race pack will be donated at the discretion of the organizer.
Will I get race time?
All competitive runners will get their race time.
Runners must wear their shoe tag as instructed to ensure that their timing will be captured.

What is the ranking based on?
Ranking and winners will be determined by the Gun Time.
Is there a cut-off time?
Yes. The cut-off time for all categories is at 8:30am.
Is there a baggage deposit at the start point?
Yes. There is a baggage deposit area at the start point. While maximum care and security will be enforced, the organizer is not responsible for any loss or damaged items or delay in retrieving the bags. Participants are advised to travel light.
Can I skate or cycle during the race?

Will I be allowed to bring strollers?
Will there be an official photographer?
Yes. Photography and/or videography will be taken during the event for news and publicity purposes by the official photographer and/or videographer, and may be used in print and on online/electronic platforms of PCCW Global. PCCW Global owns all rights to the photographs and video recordings. If you do not wish to have any photographs or video recordings of you taken, please inform the organizer at the event site.
What if I am injured during the race or otherwise unable to finish the race?
Please approach the nearest first aiders deployed along the route.
Participants who require immediate medical attention may alert the route marshals.
Will I get a certificate after the race?
